Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for most products, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain categories such as customised installations, perishable goods, and opened software are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to your completed orders.
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  3. Click "Request a Return" and provide a reason along with supporting photos if applicable.
  4. Our team will review and approve or decline within 2 business days.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 2–3 banking days to reflect. Pay-on-delivery refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account you provide.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply for items returned with visible signs of use, missing accessories, or damaged packaging. The refund amount will be adjusted based on the condition of the returned item.

6. Service Bookings

Installation and repair service fees are non-refundable once the technician has been dispatched. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
