We deliver to all states across Nigeria. Delivery timelines depend on your location, item availability, and the shipping method selected during checkout. Major cities typically receive deliveries within 2–5 business days, while other regions may take 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery location, item weight, and dimensions. The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
All orders paid by card (debit/credit) enjoy free delivery nationwide — no shipping fee is added at checkout regardless of your location or order value.
Customers in Lagos and Abuja (FCT) qualify for free delivery when their Pay-on-Delivery order subtotal is ₦2,000,000 or above. This applies automatically at checkout when the criteria are met.
Prefer to collect your order in person? Free store pickup is available at Zontrics locations in select cities. When available for your order, pickup locations will be shown during checkout. Pickup orders are ready within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking updates via email and SMS. You can also track your order in real time from the “My Orders” section of your account. Our logistics team will reach out if there are any delivery issues.
Heavy or oversized products such as solar panels, generators, and large appliances may require specialised logistics. Our team will coordinate a delivery window directly with you. Installation scheduling, if included, will be arranged after successful delivery.
Our delivery partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, they will contact you to reschedule. Unclaimed packages after the second attempt may be returned to our warehouse, and re-delivery fees may apply.
If your package arrives damaged or you experience a significant delivery delay, please contact our support team within 48 hours at support@send.zontrics.com or via WhatsApp. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
